RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At the time we are only accepting exchanges on Express Dancewear excluding final sale items.

Our time frame for returns are 14 days from delivery date. 

Products can only be returned if unworn, hang-tag intact. For Express Dancewear returns, one can either exchange the leotard for a replacement in size (Limited to current stock available) or for receiving  store credit.

Refunds are available for any product shipped with defects in craftsmanship or material. Photos need to be sent ASAP we have a 3 day margin from delivery date for these requests.

Any item sent back to us without 'return approval' will not be refunded or exchanged.

Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 14 days of when item was delivered to you.

Mystery Bundles 

All orders placed on our mystery Bundles sales, Black Friday, from November 28th/29th 2020 sales are FINAL SALE. They are not valid for returns, refunds or exchanges.  

Black Friday and Cyber Monday

All orders placed on Black Friday Sale November 27th/28th 2020 are final Sale. 
All orders placed on Cyber Monday 30th November 2020 arefinal sale.

Returning for a Refund Process

Any faulty or damaged items returned item must be in its original condition, photos will need to be emailed through for approval. Once your return is received it will be looked over thoroughly, we will notify you of the approval of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credited directly back to payment method used when ordering, within a certain amount of days. Please allow period of up to 7-14 days for us to process the refund. 

All returned orders must be returned with a tracked shipping method and sent through to LaBella Returns. 

Returning for an Exchange Process

After processing your returned item, if available you will be able to choose a alternate size which you will need to verify, ir another leotard of equal value in our Express Dancewear range. If you do not see anything you would like and would prefer to customized your own leotard a store credit will be sent over to you. 

Return Shipping

To return your product for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

You must use a trackable shipping method when returning the item if you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, however it is more likely with the trackable service. All items that arrived in a damaged will not be valid for a return and will be sent back to the customer.

 Return Shipping address will be sent upon request.

Custom Dancewear & Dancewear purchased on Sale

At this time, due to the nature of custom orders we will not be accepting returns or exchanges on all woman's/mens/children's Custom Dancewear.  This includes all costumes and group orders. Please be careful when selecting colors and sizes, make sure fabrics are correct before placing the orders, orders can be changed or correct within 24 hours after this the order is final.
 
Sale purchases are final sale, the orders will come as described in description bar, please reference photos.
All orders purchased on Sale or that state final sale are FINAL SALE.
